If you're anything like me, you find the idea of measuring emotion both fascinating and a little scary. It's delving a bit into the unknown and it's hard to understand where we should go and what the best path forward is. However, Daniel Kahneman has certainly made sure that emotional measurement isn't going anywhere anytime soon. If anything, brands are becoming more and more interested in better understanding System 1 and the emotions that drive it.
